But if you want to make the wedding dress more personal, we can use colour, two-piece dresses or trousers. <\/p><p>Before our first meeting, it&#8217;s good to think about what styles and cuts you like or don&#8217;t like. Save pictures for inspiration, on bridal styles and details you like. <\/p><p>After our first meeting, I make 3 sketches, which you can choose from. After the design is chosen, I sew up a sample dress and order fabrics. During the process, we do 3-5 fittings, so that we know that all cuts and details fit correctly. The theme for the competition was &#8220;Dream Dress&#8221;. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); background-color: var( --e-global-color-primary );\">The competition &#8216;Vuoden h\u00e4\u00e4pukusuunnittelija 2023&#8217; is organized annually by the wedding fair Love Me Do, H\u00e4\u00e4t-lehti, H\u00e4\u00e4t.fi, the wedding site amoriini.com and European Bridal Week.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"background-color: var( --e-global-color-primary ); color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">The bridal collection was inspired by the floral trend as well as dresses that are built up from parts. All dresses consist of 2-3 parts that can be used again after the wedding. <\/span><\/p><p>In the final show, Sandra Neuman at Floristgaraget participated with flowers and goldsmith Laura Nissi with her rings.<\/p><p>The team behind the competition photography was photographer Josefin Westin, florist Sandra Neuman, Annas Beautybox, hairdresser Elin Ahlvik and Kenk\u00e4 Ekstra. She has done a thorough job and done everything to fulfill my wishes. My criteria was to make a wedding dress, that I can possibly use in the future also for another party. The solution for this became a two-part construction (doesn&#8217;t look like it&#8217;s a two piece). This allows me to wear the top with a pair of wide pants for another party or the skirt with a crop top on another occasion. Wearing clothes just for one occasion goes against my principles, plus I like to wear something that has that little something extra.
